And you, privileged, I do not force you to receive money fundamentally through the window, you can receive out of habit in the office, but after the line is dissipated.

But people have learned about this and the rumor went: "Taimuraz earned a high rating." There was such an episode in my biography. I could stay in the republic, but I myself asked for a distribution, because I wanted to try myself outside Ossetia, outside of comfort. He left and began to work. They took it well there. Here I got used to my mother’s pies, comfort, avenue, and there is a village.

But then they give you a house, a high salary, a social package. It was a good system, and perhaps its elements must be used today. Today's programs “Zemsky Doctor”, “Zemsky Teacher” are also elements of the practice when a specialist was fixed in the village. But they must be made more voluminous, because the development of our economy is unlimited and human resource is required everywhere.

The mobility of labor resources is the most important factor in economic growth. I already knew where I would get, who I would work, what kind of social package I was laid for me. In the year I was a member of the Public Chamber of Russia, I was in Tula on a business trip. It turned out to be a day, asked friends to be taken to this village.
