Biography of Rupa Gosvami
After a meeting with Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu in the village of Ramakekel, the Rupe and Sanatan brothers began to think about how to leave public service. They invited several brahmans who were supposed to conduct Purashcharan rituals for them and repeat the holy name of Krishna. Srila Rupa Gosvami gave one groceryman to preserve ten thousand gold coins, and he transported the rest by two boats to the village of Bakla-Chandravip.
There he shared his accumulations between the Brahmans, Vaishnavas and relatives, leaving part of his unforeseen expenses and personal needs. Rupe Gosvami was informed that Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu was going to go from Jagannatha-Pury to Vrindava through the jungle of the provinces of Madhya-Pradesh, and he sent two people to Jagannatha-Puri to find out when the Lord Caitanya sets off.
So Rupa Gosvami resigned, and Sanatana Gosvami told Nabobu that he was sick and could not work. Under this pretext, he sat at home and studied the Srimad-Bhagavatam with scientists Brahmans. Nabob Khussein Shah at first sent his personal doctor to him to find out the true state of affairs, and then he decided to see why Sanatana neglects his duties. Realizing that he intends to leave his post, Nabob arrested him and imprisoned him.
After that, Nabob went on a hike to Orissa. In addition, a scientist Brahman named Raghupati Podadhya met with the Lord Chatanya, and the Lord discussed with him the topics related to Krishna's consciousness. For ten days, the Lord Caitanya gave Srile Rupe Gosvami for ten days, which formed the basis of Bhakti-Rasamrita-Sindhu. In the same way, the Lord, wanting to resurrect the Krishna Vrindavan games in the human memory, put spiritual energy in the hearts of Rups by state.
Thanks to this, Srila Rupa Gosvami was able to recreate the acts of Krishna’s acts almost wiped out of the memory of people in Vrindavan. Thus, the Lord spread the consciousness of Krishna around the world. Glory to the Lord Nityandanda! Glory to Advaytachandre!
Glory to all the devotees to the Lord! To do this, they invited two brahmans, paying them well. Text 5: Brahmans held religious rites, repeating the holy name of Krishna in order to ensure that two brothers, without delay, gained refuge at the lotus feet of Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu. Half he sacrificed the Brahmans and Vaishnavam, and gave a quarter to his relatives.
This money was needed by Rupe Gosvami to protect himself from possible persecution. Then I will do everything necessary. ” It connects me. " The text “If in one way or another I will overdem it, then it will be much easier for me to break free. So be it. " So he abandoned the public service and stopped appearing at court. The text of the greedy officials with the help of clerks and secretaries of the sanatana conducted business themselves, and the sanatana at that time was sitting at home and discussing the holy scriptures with the Brahmans.
As far as he could see, you are absolutely healthy. " Please admit to me what you are up to? Please find someone who would do state affairs instead of me. ” And now you are upset by my plans. ” If your subject is guilty of something in front of you, punish him according to merits. ” And he ordered Sanatan Gosvami to custody so that he would not run away anywhere. Then he told Sanatan Gosvami: "You will come with me." I can’t find the strength to go there with you.
” Try to somehow break out and join us. ” Use this money to free yourself from prison. ” Although he was called Anupama Mallik, his real name was Sri Vallabha. Others laughed, the third danced, and the fourth sang. And some even rode on the ground, exclaiming: “Krishna! Although they never flooded the pruagic, with the advent of Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu, all this land was swept by waves of ecstatic love for Krishna.
Standing to the side, they watched the ecstasy came to Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu at the sight of Bindu Madhava. Selflessly dancing with his hands, who was put to the sky, he urged everyone to repeat: “Hari! Truly, I am not able to describe the games of the Lord Chatanya, which He showed in the priest. He invited the Lord Caitanya to dine and took him to his home. The text from afar, seeing the Lord, the brothers clamped in his teeth on a bundle of straw and immediately stood in front of him in a bow, falling to the ground, like sticks.
The text covered by ecstatic experiences, both brothers, pronouncing many verses in Sanskrit, then got up, then fell again. He told him: “Get up, get up, dear Rupa! Come to me. " On the other hand, a person born in a family of dogs is very dear to me, if he is a pure devotee, free from the desire to enjoy ritual activity or speculative philosophizing. All kinds of honors should be provided to such a person and accept any gifts from him.
Now you have a golden body, like Srimati Radharani, and you generously give out a pure love for Krishna. We are in reverence we are inclined in front of you. ”The text “We are in respect for the gracious supreme Lord, who turned the true path of all three worlds that distraught from ignorance, and thus healed them with a disease, forcing them to go crazy from Nectar from the treasury of love for God.
So may the personality of God, Sri Krishna Caitanya, whose deeds are amazing, become. ” Only if you rescue him, he will be free. ” Rupa Gosvami that day also stayed there. After that, they talked about Krishna for some time. Noticing this, Vallabha Bhatta was amazed. Rupa Gosvami said: “I am an untouchable and finished sinner. Please do not touch me. " You are an adherent of Vedic principles and an experienced priest who committed many sacrifices.
In addition, you come from an aristocratic family. ” Rather, on the contrary, these are the most worthy people. ” Such a person should be read, even if he was born in a family of dog -eaters and, from a material point of view, the lower of the lower ones. Such is the amazing result of the repetition of the holy name of the Lord. People who repeat your holy name undoubtedly have already committed all ascetic exploits and great sacrifices mentioned in the Vedas.
In order to be able to repeat your holy name, they had to make batteries in all holy places of pilgrimage and study all the Vedas. The Lord personally praised him and, embraced by the ecstasy of love for God, said many verses from Shaster. This act of Lord Chatanya frightened and plunged into the thrill of all his companions. Finding himself in the boat, the Lord began to dance. She began to be filled with water and could drown at any moment.
The text of Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu tried his best to hide his feelings from Vallabhahari, however, despite attempts to remain calm, he could not restrain the love ecstasy. Bhattacharya helped the Lord to accomplish and led him to his home. And to Balabhadra Bhattacharya [the cook of Lord Chatanya] he very respectfully asked to cook food. They also fed Rupa Gosvami with his brother Sri Vallabha.
Having lunch, he returned to the lotus feet of the Lord. He was a very educated, respected person and great devoted. Then the Lord Caitanya asked him to tell about Krishna. Listening to these verses, Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu was filled with ecstatic love. So the Lord reveals his games. ” From the ecstasy of love for God the body and mind of Lord Caitanya relaxed. Then he read the verse as an interrupted voice.
He, too, was filled with ecstatic love and began to dance. He even brought his two sons so that they could fall to the lotus footsteps of Lord Caitanya. Just seeing him, they all became devoted to Krishna. Having said so, he, along with the Lord Caitanya, went to Prayag. Having put the Lord in the boat, he drove him to the Gang. By the grace of the Lord Caitanya, Rupa Gosvami became a connoisseur of spiritual science, and his judgments were fully consistent with the teaching transmitted through the parampopar.
In order for the transcendental games to be a detailed explanation, Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu gave nectar to his mercy to Srilu Rupa Gosvami and Sanatan Gosvami and instructed them to fulfill this mission in Vrindavan. ” Thanks to this, he forever freed himself from the bonds of family life. Then the Lord hugged him tightly and spilled all his mercy on him. ” He was very, very dear to the Lord.
He was relentlessly followed by the principles proclaimed by the Lord, and was able to correctly explain the games of Lord Krishna. What do they do by renouncing the world? What do they eat? They live under the trees - one night under one tree, and the next night under another. " Having discarded all material pleasures, they eat only with callous cakes and fried peas. ”
