About personnel policy. How personnel decisions will be built - everything that I told you about is possible only in one case - if there are people who believe you, want, want, dream and are ready to go to do a lot. I think that this is the experience of my life, that it is almost impossible to do almost nothing without these people. People gather under the idea.
